Download speed vs my bill

Hello, I'm getting an average of 200mb download and 110 upad speeds. I believe I'm paying for 1GB but really I've never went over 500mb download load

How are you measuring? Full speed will only be achieved by a gigabit capable device connected directly to the router by ethernet.
