No internet connection

I have been having the same problem. Nothing has worked all day. When I came on to sky it said there seems to be no issue around your area. There is because it says no internet connection. Nothing I have done seems to be working.

@TracyF70 you can have a fault on your line which given the loust weather is not unlikely. You need to call Sky to report it.
