No connection

No internet connection yet when testing online says no issues, is anyone else experiencing this. Half the mbs speed now too

@Centralperk25 not entirely sure how speeds could be 50% if youbdont have a connection.  But assumingbthe connection is dropping and coming back it is lekely to be due to the recent extremly heavy rain assuming your service is over a copper line. If you click through from thecservice checker to test the broadband the app will show you the spedd history to your hub. If your line isxaffected by thecweatger it should show a slight drop eaxh day as the automtic systems try to stabilise the connection if the speeds are below the guaranteed minimum for your line the app should offer to book an engineer to check the line.
