No wifi, no strength

This Sunday and last Sunday my Internet was not connected whe. I woke up to begin work, my TV needed resetting. This week I still can't get a strong signal, no signal on my laptop and only 1 bar on my phone. The TV won't work st all. I have reset twice. I need to be able to wake up and begin working

@Gemma8412 at what time did you wake up? These ia an issue where Sky Q boxesxturn off their wifi from 2.44 to 5.45 roughly if set to eco standby mode if thst sounds possible change the TV box's standby setting to Active or none.

 

Otherwise it sounds odd if it only happens on Sundays. Could something in your home be causing interference?

Thank you for replying, it's the whole Internet, such slow connection for my phone also.
