have had trouble for the past few days with internet connection to my router but today I can't get a connection at all.
router currently shows no internet (power green, internet blank, wifi blank, voice Amber) but my sky app test connection says everything is working but it's not!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@MS_1992 assuming the hub is still connected to the phone socket or ONT then you have a line fault. The test result you saw was from an earlier check if you want to check the current position you have to click on the Broadband Test if that doesnt tell you Sky are already aware of a fault give them a call to report your issue.
