No internet connection
My internet has gone off, been off for about 10mins now, ran tests saying no problems, switched it off and on again, still nothing, other people on the estate having issues too

@Stran When you say you ran the tests, wasthis checking using the service checker and also running a broadband test?

Hi Stran,
Sounds like an issue with Sky in the area rather than your own setup.
I would strongly suggest to contact Sky and raise a fault with them.
