Never had a problem with Internet connection upstairs in my house before until a couple of months ago,all of a sudden it is really poor, cant really watch or download anything upstairs,tried various sky help web pages but just keep going round in circles,cant seem to speak to anyone either always automated phoneline. Any ideas please?
