No internet connection

Devices can connect to hub but no internet connection. Ran all the tests and rebooted several times. Been out all day.

No. I was giving it a day to see if it fixed itself but same again today. Postcode DE73.

@DH13 & @NW72N if your line is down and the connection test innthe My Sky app run overca mobile connection doesnt tell you of a known fault then call Sky whose lines are opening now. If you use your Sky Talk line dial 150 for a freecall otherwise follow the the contact us link at the bottom of the page which will give an 03 number for you to use.
