Wi-Fi down. Reset twice and still not working

Hi,

 

having WiFi issues. I have sky glass which means all my functions are now gone. I've tried resetting it twice with no luck. When doing the WiFi test it comes back as fine, all lights are green but still no connection on any device.

@Eileen7 try powering down the hub for at least 30 minutes as that should clear a fault where the hub is showing green internet lights but no data flows. This fault is in the Sky server your connection is using.

Done this and still nothing. 

The voice light is now showing amber, Wi-Fi green but internet no light at all.
