No internet connection

There are no lights on my hub as if it has no power going into it at all Sky check says everything's fine

its not no power at all or lights

unplugged tried different plug I'm vulnerable and need internet access iv had to message from neighbours broadband

@Estherleigh666 Posting on the Forum does nothing for you, you need to call sky but it will be tomorrow now from 8am onwards!
