No internet connection

WiFi has completely stoped and now only two green lights on the box and two orange . No devices that are connected to the WiFi are working and neither is any apps on sky .

@Charlottenafi your hub has lost connection to the exchange. If the service checker in the My Sky app run overca mobile connection doesn'tvtell you Sky arexaware of an issue call them to report the fault but dont be too surprised if the lines are busy as the outage msybe affecting a few thousand customers.
