Re: WiFi wire broken
@Hannah169 by definition a WiFi wire cannot be broken as WiFi uses radio waves so I suspect the cable connecting your Sky hub to the incoming service has broken. Thecquickest solution is to buy acreplacement locally there are two typesdepending on whether your service is over full fiibre or partial fibre.
If you have full fibre (the connection on the wall has lights on it) you need a standard ethenet cablecwith rj45 connectoers. If you have partial fibre (the service is delivered via a phone socket) you nedd a DSL cable with rj11 connectoers. Both types can be found in hardware stores or larger supermarkets.
Alternatively you can call Sky who will send out a new hub with new cables which will take a few days. Swap the cables overcand return the hub etc back to Sky. Sky's lines are likely to be very busy this morning due to an outage.
