No internet connection

WiFi is showing as working, WiFi is connected to other devices ok. Puc shows no intwrnet connected.  I've turn it on and off at the wall and the PUC does find the correct internet which is sky

I'm having a similar issue, none of my devices are connecting to the router or even finding it but says the connection is working on MySky app

@DanH4 Going to answer on this post and keep away from the other, try your hub off for 10 minutes and see what connects, your PS5 from the other post, wireless or wired connection and do we take it that you also have the Sky Max white hub!
