No internet connection
Router is on. Checks in app all came back ok.
connection to router and connection to internet have an x next to them in settings
tried to unplug and restart but still not connected

Having the same issues here in my household too! Have tried all the same steps as yourself and checked on the app,but nothing is working with the internet.

My issue was to do with the Q box rather than the Router so if you've not already, unplug it and leave it for a good while. Hope you get back up and running
