No internet connection

My internet service is constantly dropping and now I have no internet at all

Same with me I work from home so this is very annoying and recently upgraded to the 'faster better' broadband 😏

Try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

@caesarome I used the app checker and it said evertyhting was working fine. I have the new router so only a white light shows.

I am back connected now but he reason I upgraded was to prevent these constant dropouts throughout the day
