Internet not working intermittently

My internet keeps going off. Sometimes we get the flashing red light. An engineer has supposed to have looked at this and they said it was OK. Problem is that sometimes it works sometimes not. So probably was working when they checked.

No message has come through. Broadband is still not working properly so . I think it's worse when I am using the landline.

 

I am using data on my phone unneccesarily so hoping you will give me a refund. My contract is up quite soon so this will have a bearing on if I renew
