I have rebooted the router however there is an orange light next to internet and voice. Power and wifi are showing green.
when connected to the laptop I get the diagnosis screen but it just keeps requesting to re-test.
on the my sky app it keeps saying all tests are good . But there is no internet.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@SJH123 Loss of connection between midnight and 5am is often down to essential maintenance on the network. If that is the cause your service will be back up in the morning.
