No internet connection

Hello,

I have no internet connection. There is a message coming up in the tv stating no connection. My Husband is working from home and is losing connection. I have completed a reset on the black hub box with no success. I have logged into My Sky app and done a test for connection which is stating everything is fine. How can I get the internet connection to work?

@A-J411  What colour are the lights showing on the front of the router from left to right please?

Hi, same situation for me, I've called Sky twice done the same tests & answered the same questions twice, one advisor sent me a new router, then when this didn't solve anything 2nd advisor said it's nothing to do with router you need an engineer but can't come for a week, we are going away in a week so appointment booked in for end of October. So in all we will be without Internet for a month. Been with Sky 21 years and gutted they can't offer better help 😔
