Hello,
I have no internet connection. There is a message coming up in the tv stating no connection. My Husband is working from home and is losing connection. I have completed a reset on the black hub box with no success. I have logged into My Sky app and done a test for connection which is stating everything is fine. How can I get the internet connection to work?
