WiFi not working

  • Hi, I have got up this morning and the wifi is not working. On the Home Screen of my sky tv it says "it looks like you do not have Internet connection right now if you're already set up, will keep trying to connect" , it will not connect to any apps, only normal tv will work. Neither of our phones are connecting to the internet so no apps on our phones will work, safari will not work etc. we have had to use our data. 
    I have tried everything. Resetting the wifi hub, resetting the Sky Q box, turning both off at the mains and back on again. Nothing is working. I pay £85 a month for my Sky package which is very pricey so would not expect issues like this and to be left without wifi on a weekend! I need this sorting before Monday as we both work from home and rely on the wifi!!
