No internet connection

I have a regular daily issue with our broadband that when connected we get pc messages that state ' no internet'. When we are on phone they freeze and drop connection daily. This has been ongoing for some time and doesn't improve at all.

@Teumpettowers73  Does your broadband and phone connect to an external filter to your phone socket?

They both plug into a bit box that has an integrated filter i.e. the phone plugs directly into the BT box and no filter is required.
