No internet connection

Hi, 

 

We're supposed to have our broadband and sky up and running today. I've run checks and it says eberyttibg is fine. However the hub doesnt appear to be working. It switches between either a solid red light or a flashing pale light. 

I'm not sure what to do next. 

The ligts on the openreach all seem fine, power is on as is ONT light.

@BeccaGabbitas  Is there 3 green lights on the ONT or just 2 ?
