No internet connection

Today is the service active day,

a text sent to me said is activated,

but the I don't see the internet light on for 1 second, and the test result saids everything okay.

Even I turned off the hub, it still saids everything okay, how is that possible?

@Jackiehm  Even getting the text to say that everything is connected, data might no flow till midnight.

But the strange thing is, I found that the serial number on the mysky app is different to the hub I received.
