We have had for weeks/months now had an issue with the internet dropping out and our sky glass tv goes off.
the tv stops and then two amber lights appear on the router. We have had open reach out to fix the issue twice now. Each time after they have been our speeds are at 70mbps. A week or two after the speed drops and the internet keeps stopping.
I do a check on my phone and the MySky app says everything is fine just a slightly slower speed. I think 28mbps is more than slightly. Now I can't seem to get any help.
this is driving me crazy now and sky app keeps saying everything is fine when clearly it isn't
