Today is my activation day, after I set up everything I notice that the internet has no light. I tried to connect and direct me to captive wi-fi ai follow the steps and still unable to connect.

@Soneo2285 it may still be activated today as it can take up to midnight to activate if its not activated by then you would be best to contact Sky in the morning

So its normal that I cant connect during activation day, and just wait the following day if unable to connect. Will someone came to our house to fix the issue or just need to contact Sky costumer service?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Soneo2285Most of the time when it comes to activation day that you can connect the router and data does flow. But sometimes this does not happen as planned and can take till midnight for it to happen, also sometimes it does fail to happen.

I will just wait till midnight and tomorrow if still mo connection I'll try to contact Sky. Does anyone knows how to contact the Sky?
