My broadband has just stopped in north Lincolnshire but when I've done the check on the sky app it says everything is ok 😡🤦♀️ having a lot of problems with it lately, especially being slow and upstairs and we have the booster too!

Yeah ours has stopped in north Lincolnshire also and saying the same thing on the app. My partner had a look and sky are saying they are improving the services in East Midlands so people may experience loss of internet from midnight to 6am. But where I am in north Lincolnshire isn't on the list they have given.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreNo matter where you live at that time of night it could be maintenance taking place. This is carried out overnight to keep disruption to a minimum as most customers are asleep. If it hasn't returned by 7ish this morning call Sky to report it.
