No internet connection today

Had no internet connection for 4-6 hours Crosby liverpool today is there a problem all lights on white on router but can't connect phones laptops

Yes gone through the whole lot plugs off for a hour the WiFi name isn't even showing up on list

Loads of us are having the same problem today mate mines been off since 12 in notts, seems they got a big problem.
