No internet connection on some devices

Half of the devices in the house can't connect to the WiFi.

I've rest the router and the WiFi settings on the devices. The devices connect to other WiFi networks. 

Please help.

as your product is not working and I'm unhappy I will be looking at BT for all my needs as I've had new router and now my sky q needs restarting everyday look forward to hearing from you or your losing a 11 year customer
