For the past several weeks my WiFi is dropping in and out, giving me inconsistent connection. This is very annoying not just for me and my family socially but because I also work from home and is now causing me big issues!
can you please look in to this and correct the issue? Thanks.

I'm having the same issue. Very frustrating. And when you run a test using Sky's tools it says everything is working ok, even when the WiFi has dropped out. This has happened intermittently but it has been worse over the last few weeks. I've reported it to sky but let me know if you have any luck/improvement with yours
