No internet connection, done tests they say fine which is a lie as there is no internet or light on the hub to say it is connected.
power light is green, internet has no light, wifi is red and voice is orange. Please can someone assist as I currently cannot work.

After running the servicechecker if it comes back all good rerun it by clicking on your internet speed and then test my connection in the blue box until it updates
