Broadband working but max hub install fails

I have full working broadband but the hub won't finish installing as it always fails. My broadband was switched on about 3 weeks ago when I moved, not being able to finish installation isn't too much of an issue apart from we have a max pod as the WiFi doesn't reach the whole house. Because installation can't complete on the max hub we are unable to set up the pod.

 

has anyone else had this problem?

@Kbroadbraham this does happen occasionally where the hub has not been added correctly to your account. This is something that needs sorting by Sky often by a back office team.I am therefore escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
