Internet light on amber. No connection since this morning. Tried all the usual home remedies unplugging etc
Could it be an external fault on the line

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Same with me as well.. Are you still not able to connect ? What is your post code ?
My post code is SE8. It might be possbile that this is an outage.

Thanks for the texts. Broadband up and running now, seems it was a local outage, now restored.
