Work laptop won’t connect to WiFi says unable to connect to this network

My work laptop had an update yesterday and now it won't connect to WiFi. Everything else still connects. Help please, I have restarted my laptop numerous times and the router but no joy. I have selected forget network and tried again but still not working. Had to use my phone hotspot today but really need the WiFi connection asap

@Laura+bf  are you getting any error messages when you are trying to connect to your wifi
