No internet connection for two days
My hub is showing orange lights and I have had no wifi for two days. I did a wifi and hub check on the website and this is saying there is no issues. Could this be an issue with my actual hub? This is happening more and more often and I am extremely unhappy given I stayed with Sky when given a better offer with another supplier. How can I resolve this?

Re: No internet connection for two days
When you have no broadband it needs to report to Sky which can be done by dialing 150 from the home phone for free. Until you do this you are not due automatic compensation for loss of service.
