No internet calls is causing WiFi to stop working
Paid the broadband, WiFi isn't working and it's saying problems with internet calls, but why is the WiFi/router light red?

Re: No internet calls is causing WiFi to stop working
If there's no internet connection then by definition internet calls cannot work.

Re: No internet calls is causing WiFi to stop working
It's saying there's no problem with the actual WiFi but then showing an issue after that step. It's showing all signs that the WiFi isn't working as the light is red, but all the lights are as they should be on the ONT on the wall.
