Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@OMG69 as routers age they dion't lose range as they either work or dont work. However these days we all need faster connections as we donthings like streaming video and as your neighbours upgrafectheir systems interferencectends to become a greater issue.
Which Sky hub do you have in this picture?
If its the Sky Q hub it is likely to be swapped out for the Broadband Hub within the next few months. That unit does have better WiFi range which might help. If you already have one of those if you pay for the broad band boost bundle you could ask for a booster to help, improve signal strength upstairs
Sky are promoting their WiFi Max bundle which comes with a newer white hub which does not have greater range but is newer and potentially faster however the bundle includes up to 3 extenders if needed see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
Althernatively you can do as I and many others do and turn off the Sky hub's wifi and useca third party system for wifi or even useca third party router but then things get moreccomplicated.
