Still down in Swindon has been since half 12.

My sky app noted 'There is a problem with your connection', followed instructions to reboot. Problem still there - ie no internet, no phone - engineer booked as problem outside the property (whatever that means). Apparently if internet down for 2+ days we may be in line for compensation.
