You'll need to persist with logging the fault with Sky for investigation by Openreach: note that the Openreach target time to fix would be the end of Thursday, and business use of a domestic broadband service gains no additional priority.

Eventually got through to sky, and they are sending an engineer this afternoon, hopefully a quick fix 🙂

Just an update. It was an Openreach outage which looks like it affected quite a few customers. Sky engineer checked everything and all okay and came back on after a few hours.
