No internet all morning

No internet all morning. The hub has an orange light on it. Switched off and on allowing time to re set, still the same Incredibly frustrating as we run our business from home and only access i have is via my mobile! The test shows no fault in area!!

So presumably it's an individual fault in the circuit to that address: most broadband failures are just that  (and the 'test' result is rather poorly worded and only refers to much wider outages)

 

You'll need to persist with logging the fault with Sky for investigation by Openreach: note that the Openreach target  time to fix would be the end of Thursday, and business use of a domestic broadband service gains no additional priority.

Eventually got through to sky, and they are sending an engineer this afternoon, hopefully a quick fix 🙂

Just an update.  It was an Openreach outage which looks like it affected quite a few customers.  Sky engineer checked everything and all okay and came back on after a few hours.
