No internet again

Lost internet last week, now it's happened again. Engineer supposed to come out last Friday but didn't show up. Now we've no internet again

@Sue287 Did you call about the first time, if so then do the same again! Engineer's do not always need to come to the home!

The part of your post reproduced in bold type suggests it was fixed and has now got the issue again. This would possibly point to an engineer working on it remotely last week.

 

You will need to contact Sky again I'm afraid.

Unfortunately this is normal for sky broadband, I got so fed up of my broadband going down, sometimes around 4 to 5 times a day, and having sky stream, when the internet is down I can't watch any TV! I've now switched supplier, I can't take the internet going down all the time! When it works sky broadband is good, trouble is it barley ever works!
