Losing the internet all the time over the last 24 hours. Not the first time really frustrating please help...

I'm having the same issue all month constant drop outs & so hard to get it to reconnect. Very poor service

Mine isn't working this morning, got a green flashing light on the front of the hub and red light on the new socket. Only been in for 1 week not made the best first impression.

@Lynn22222 & @Constance60 line dropping is often caused by issues caused by bad weather especially where you have partial fibre as the copper cables dont mix well with water. You can call Sky and see what they recommend but whether Openreach will do anything depends on the frequency of drops and how long they have been going on as the equipment managing the connection should bectrying to stabilise your conection whichbtakes a few days.
