I purchased Sky Max Hub with Full Fibre Gigafast. It is guaranteed 600MB/s Speeds, Estimated 780 - 930 Mb/s. The speed I am getting is 3.04 mbps on my PC even with Ethernet Plugs and its even worse when wireless ( It takes like 9 Hours to download a 70gb game due to it dropping constantly too ) I have tried EVERYTHING I can think of, any help?

Find out more@Alexevz difficult to work out what could be going in to 3Mb/s over Ethernet although you mention "ethernet plugs" do you mean powerline adapters? Those adapters use the mains wiring to connect which can become unreliable and slow especially if they are old. WiFi speeds depend on the layout of your home and how it is built is your PC a long way from the hub? New power line adapters which use the earth, neutral and live are far more reliable but still will only delivercroughly 30% of the advertised bandwidth in most homes.
The only reliable way to test a full, fibre connection is by using a direct Ethernet cable from the hub to a device with a gigabit ethernet port.

The plugs I use are TP Link Powerline adapters yes, but even when using wireless the speed decreases even more. My PC is RIGHT above my hub ( Second Floor ), I have ordred an ethernet which I hope can give me the guaranteed speeds atleast. If not I dont know what to do.

@Alexevz make sure the Ethernet cable is at least cat5e. (I use cat6 to run 22m from my hub to ont)
