No internet again

Openreach were in the street last week which inevitably leads to us having no internet for days at a time. I have reported issue once and was told an engineer would be out in 2 days to fix issue. Has not been fixed and continues to drop in and out of service completely. Sky app continues to report no issues to the house I beg to differ

When did you report the issue to Sky as Openreach aim to report to domestic faults between 3-5 working days so this doesn't include a Saturday or Sunday.

We reported it on Wednesday early morning,  Open Reach have been in the area since but haven't resolved it.
