No internet after message to say it's activated

My activation date was today and I've had the message from.opemreach to say all is done yet I still have no internet. The power light on the router keeps changing from red to green and no other lights are working. Can you please help

@AWillis  It can take up to midnight for the data to start flowing on the day of activation. Is the router you have a black one or white?
