Try rebooting the router if that doesn't work then you'll need to contact Sky to get an engineer booked to fix the issue.

Mines been the same the last week. 4/5 times around 7-8pm, it cuts off. Getting quite frustrated with it as the app checker service says everything is fine when it clearly isn't!
