No internet access

WiFi isn't working. Says my signal strength is excellent but I've got no internet access and none of my devices are connecting to the WiFi box. Mobiles, tablets, or Xbox.

Try rebooting the router if that doesn't work then you'll need to contact Sky to get an engineer booked to fix the issue.

Mines been the same the last week. 4/5 times around 7-8pm, it cuts off. Getting quite frustrated with it as the app checker service says everything is fine when it clearly isn't!
