Which cable(s) and are you on fibre to the cabinet (FTTC) and twisted pair with a telephone socket for broadband or full-fibre with an ONT and connected by ethernet to an optical network terminal (ONT)?

Either way, if you have damaged the cable going to the telephone socket, you'll need an RJ11 to RJ11 cable and microfilter if you don't have a pre-filtered faceplate. Or an ethernet cable cat 5E or above for ONT.
Both these can be purchased from most electrical stores.

@Highlinder & @Chris1234543211
If it is the power cable then Sky doesn't provide those and you'll need a new router from Sky and are likely to have to enter into a new contract for the period in question, usually 18 months or 2 years!

Hopefully, it is not an old router that needs replacing and Sky obliged with a free new router without a contract extension... 😎

The cable is the one that goes from the phone socket to the small splitter box thingy

The cable you need is an RJ11 to RJ11 cable and these can be purchased from places like Amazon for a few pounds.
