No internet access in Crossways/Dorchester since this morning

No internet access all the connections are ok sky says it's something in West Midlands but no preview when sorted this days everything works through WiFi not happy costumer hope will have something in return

@Alex110  Have you logged the fault with Sky? any compensation would normally only kick in after 2 working days of no service after reporting the fault.  Weekends don't count as OR work Monday to Friday on domestic faults.
