Hi,
Hopefully someone might be able to help please. I lost all broadband connection yesterday morning around 09:00am. I checked the online status and it said there was a problem in my area (Abingdon Nr Oxford) and it was being fixed. This morning the online status says the issue is resolved but I still have no internet or sky Tv/apps.
The lights on my router from left to right are; Green, Red, Green, Red.
I have run the network status and I am not connected to the internet. I have turned off everything and back on, reset, I have followed instructions and disconnected at the wall and put back in after 5 seconds making sure it clicks. No joy, still not working.
Any help would be much appreciated Thanks in advance, Chris

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Lowther76 Sorry to say but there is nothing you can do to speed up the mending whatever fault is affecting your line.
How long it takes to get fixed depends on what is wrong most area faults take a few hours, some a few days but in rare cases it can be weeks. It is often impissible to get an estimate of how long you will be off line as tge enginers doing tgecwork wont know themselves.

Thanks for the reply @Chrisee . Thankfully not long after I posted this the internet was all restored. It was probably down for about 30 hours - to be fair this is the first issue I have had with their service since having it. Hopefully it doesnt happen too often :). Thanks again Chris
