WiFi on but can’t load any sites/apps

We've just moved house and transferred our Sky internet over (switched on and confirmed as transferred over by Sky). Internet is on and connected but we're having issues loading websites or apps on our devices. Sky Hub is on and all four lights are green, ran connection tests via the app and website and says it's all working fine and speed is good, yet still having issues loading sites or apps, often having to disconnect my phone or iPad from WiFi to use mobile data instead to load things. I've tried the 'fixes' it suggests on the website such as resetting the hub or unplugging and replugging.

I have this same problem, it's so annoying. It doesn't happen on all websites, just some of them. I resort to switching to phone data, it makes a connection and then back to wifi whereupon it is finally able to make the connection. Guard is completely turned off.

@Pritch554 First point is to check the Sky Broadband Shield settings as by default a new connection is set to Age13 shich wil block some sites. Log into the My Sky app or website and check the setting is suitable for your household.

Re: WiFi on but can’t load any sites/apps

Thank you. Changed the shield settings and this now seems to have greatly helped although not totally fixed the issue. I have several Google Nest speakers dotted around the house and they all keep losing connection with the internet even though I check the settings and it says the signal is good. Also have Eufy security cameras connected via WiFi and it seems to take a long time to load the feed.
