Wi fi connection issues

None of my tv sticks will connect to the wi fi but my phone can, it's just keeps giving me a Red Cross saying unable to connect to wi fi, I've spent hours trying to sort it 😞

@Erik1000k sounds like your streaming sticks are not getting sufficent WiFi signal. This is quite common if they are plugged in behind a TV especially if it is wall mounted. TVs contain a lot of metal which blocks the WiFi signal. Sometimes using a short HDMI extender cable can help as it  movescthe stick ut intothevopen - Firesticks used to come eith one in the box but they can be bought quite cheaply.

 

The other solution is to buy a better wifi set up.
