I have Power (green light) Internet (no light) WiFi (green light) voice (amber)
internet was working fine then just cut off. Tried multiple service checks and all says WiFi looks good. Tried resetting router, unplugging router for a period of time, removed and put back in all the wires and nothing has worked.
any ideas?

Havea check to see if there are any outages nearby via this link https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
(This should determine if there's an identified fault affecting multiple households)
If there aren't any then try running the line test here
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
Once completed, if it reports back that all is good click on 'broadband' to run an updated test. If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.

My Internet has also gone down. Tried the diagnostics and 3 reboots and it is still out.

That's where I am. Every time I have done the service checker it says nothing wrong in the area.

Same for me, I logged the fault but does anyone know where to check that the fault has actually been logged? I didnt receive an email or a text to confirm it has been logged.

Still hasn't returned. Got an engineer coming out now... so hard to get any answers from sky themselves.
